At first i wanted to make something with a gun and a film camera, so i came up with the idea to merge them.
First I erased the parts of the camera i wouldn't need from the uncopyrighted vector image I downloaded.
I then got an image of a Baretta M9 toy gun which i had bought from Poundland and turned it into a vector image similar to the film camera.
I then merged the two layers together and this composition was created.
I downloaded a smoke paintbrush pack and used a red and a grey to make gunsmoke at the end to add interest.
i added a silencer with a wide paint brush because i wasn't able to fit the text underneath it, it worked out really well and the text fitted perfectly.
This is my final outcome for a company logo, I really like the look of it, it is different, but interesting with not too much going on. Black being the main colour of the logo means that i could possible change the colour to any colour I want to fit any colour background I put it on

Font options
These are some of the fonts i was thinking about using, I eventually went for the font "TOMMY__.TTF" it has a vintage look which I am going for and is bold enough to stand out, yet skinny enough to look like i want it too.

4. Have you considered the background to your trailer, particularly if taken outside?
The background of the trailer is going to bee street scenes, this is the look im going for, so it will be fine for my trailer

The lighting will be natural light and street lighting, it will add to the effect that i want my film to have, it should be sufficient lighting and i wont need any flashes or artificial lighting. the only thing that may cause reflections is puddles or wet surfaces, but that could create a good effect.
6. Do you need permission to take photos in the place/venue you have in mind?
The places i want to record video are in public space and i am free to video in these places

Location scouting
I will be using various back alleys to shoot my trailer, they are good for what i want to film, I will also use the bridge to make a time lapse, this will be used at the end of my trailer.
