Provide answers in paragraph form to the questions below that

are relevant to your production.

1.    Are there any potential hazards that could pose a health and safety risk where your filming will take place (trailing cables/traffic/other objects )?

There may be wet roads and wet paths, with cars driving past which could be a potential hazard
2.    What will you do to ensure these risks are minimised?

I will make sure everyone has shoes with good grip on them, and
3.    Will the time of day/weather affect the outcome of the trailer? Have you allowed for this?

There will be a mixture of dry and wet weather in both day and night
4.    Have you considered the background to your trailer, particularly if taken outside?

The background of the trailer is going to bee street scenes, this is the look im going for, so it will be fine for my trailer

5.    Have you considered lighting? What about the ‘problems’ of natural lighting, either outside, or streaming through a window? Will you need to use a flash? Have you considered reflective objects that might spoil the effect?

The lighting will be natural light and street lighting, it will add to the effect that i want my film to have, it should be sufficient lighting and i wont need any flashes or artificial lighting. the only thing that may cause reflections is puddles or wet surfaces, but that could create a good effect.

6.    Do you need permission to take photos in the place/venue you have in mind?

The places i want to record video are in public space and i am free to video in these places
7.    Are other people/crowds likely to be an issue for you? What have you done to ensure that it will not spoil the effect?

I am going to film out of the way of the public eye so there is no disruptions to my filming
8.    Are you reliant on lifts/props/friends’ equipment/models? How have you planned that these things will come together at the appointed time? Plan B?

I am reliant on friends for actors in the film, if they cant get there in time, I will re-arrange it for a different day
